- Easy to update for temporary closures
- Lots of reviews
- Any Google user can change the business info, even if its incorrect information.
- The owner does not have the ability to see these edits, and they get approved and posted online without the owner approval
- Minimal support
- Photos from users to add to your business are not screened
- Incorrect business info from random users
- Changes in hours during covid easy to do
