We use Google My Business in our organization to help reach our audience and keep them up to date with the company details like opening time, closing time, hours, etc. This helps in cutting down phone calls and emails as the customer can get all details about our business through search.

- Allows customers to quickly get the information they need
- Mobile friendly
Cons
- Lack of proper support - should offer phone support
- Setting up timings for holidays or temporary timings can be difficult
- Takes some time to reflect the changes on search
- Increased visibility on Google
- Cut down on unnecessary mails and phones
If we want to target [a] local audience, then Google My Business is a must. There is no proper alternative to it.
