Google My Business is used today by the consultant department to help our clients increase the visibility of their companies on Google Search or Maps.

  • Add all the information about the website, location, and hours displayed automatically
  • Send the Review section to clients to leave a review
  • No support
  • No a lot tutorials to know the best strategy to post on Google My Business
  • Increase CTR on website
  • Increase Conversion Rate (people who search know what they want)
Google My Business offers the basic features and is free. Birdeye is more complete, has a lot of features, has a good support, but need to pay. Google My Business is sufficient for our marketing strategy.
