Overall Satisfaction with Google My Business
We use Google My Business to show up online when people search about us. Because our brand name is also a term that people are searching regularly, it helps us to be identified as a business by showing up directly in the search engine and having our website and phone number accessible.
- Google My Business is free so this is a huge positive.
- Without any effort, it displays all of the important information to everyone right away.

- The reviews function is great but you do not have much control over what gets posted and it can be incorrect or competitors can post about you.
- More customization options for the fields that are displayed in the listing.

Google My Business is really the only tool out there like it. It has worked well for us so no need to try anything else.
