Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets
Google Sheets is widely used in my organization. The main reason for using it is due to its feature of being a cloud application. This makes is very easy for collaboration with teams and sharing of the data without any inconvenience. Accessing the data becomes real hassle free task and with its improved fastness and smoothness in its performance, it is definitely becoming the first choice for many.
- Ease of accessibility being an cloud based application. Data can be accessed from anywhere and no need to keep saving the data in our local systems.
- Sharing of files becomes very easy and helps in better collaboration with teams
- It allows us to see a timeline of all the changes we have done to the document
- Much faster in performance
- Formatting in google sheets is difficult and should be definitely improved
- Charts and Pivots are not up to the mark when compared to MS Excel
- Cannot use it without internet
- Becomes little difficult to work when we have huge data and are dealing with many columns
- Saves time as it becomes easier for sharing data
- Less costly as compared to other products
- Very efficient in data accuracy
Google Sheets is very good in performance and can be accessed from anywhere being a cloud application. That is the major differentiator for it. Sharing of documents is not a difficult task anymore and no need to use space from our personal devices. It is very simple to access and user friendly.
