Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

Google Sheets is used in our entire organization across all departments. It helps us to work with our colleagues, who work in other departments. Google Sheets allows us to work in the same file simultaneously with our colleagues which saves a lot of time and resources. This helps us to solve existing business problems much faster.

  • It allows you to share files much faster.
  • It allows you to access your Google Sheet files whenever you like and wherever you like if you have stable internet connection.
  • It has great integration with other Google software.
  • Google Sheets is very user-friendly and very intuitive to use.
  • Excel is much more functional compared to Google Sheets
  • Google Sheets is extremely slow when you load a big file
  • It saves a lot of time
  • It allows you to save space on your PC as it is cloud-based
  • Allows you to access files from any device, so you do not need to carry your PC or laptop wherever you go
Microsoft Excel is much more functional and has more functions/capabilities than Google Sheets. It is also faster compared to Google Sheets. On the other side, Google Sheets is better for collaboration and saves you a lot of time. As I usually do not work with big files I select Google Sheets.

If you have a lot of projects with your colleagues and you need to work on the same file, Google Sheet provides a perfect opportunity to save resources and time. It makes the working process much more enjoyable as you can both work on the same file simultaneously. However, if you need to work on large spreadsheets I would not recommend you to use this software.
