Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We share files with one of our clients so we can always easily access and edit the files. It has worked out very well for the work we are doing so far. Everyone is able to contribute on their own time, which is particularly helpful since we are in different time zones.
  • Allows multiple users to edit
  • Allows you to customize the look of your page/ the rows and columns
  • Offers a convenient way to coordinate with people in a different time zone
  • No spell check
  • Could be easier to move rows or columns
  • It works for me and my team
  • I'm not sure about ROI, I am just a user
Microsoft Excel is very similar, I don't have much to say in comparison. I have not tried using formulas in Google Sheets. OneDrive is also very similar but it autosaves so you don't have to worry about saving information or forgetting to save and losing data. It is also connected to Outlook, which is my personal email server.

When trying to coordinate files and data with multiple users in different organizations, it is a very valuable tool. This works really well with my clients who are located in various time zones. We share with candidates that we have sources in the Google Sheets and they can comment at their convenience.
