Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We use Google Sheets to create scripts for conversational AI interviews. I also use Google Sheets to quality control AI training and document potential AI matching issues.
  • It's very easy to organize information automatically
  • It's easy to move rows and columns of information dragging and dropping
  • It's easy to format information depending on what view you need to complete the task
  • I had an issue where I wanted to add numbers in a cell and then order them by number. But when I tried to organize using the "Sort Data" function, it didn't go in numerical order. It went 1, 11, 12 instead of 1, 2, 3. That was strange. Not sure if it still does this.
  • Google Sheets is one way we can backup all of our interview data as a "hard" copy in case our system loses data.

Do you think Google Sheets delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Google Sheets's feature set?

Yes

Did Google Sheets live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Google Sheets go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Google Sheets again?

Yes

When you have a large amount of data you need to review/analyze/track, Google Sheets, in my opinion, is superior to Excel because it is more user-friendly in terms of flexibility moving the data around (drag and drop large chunks of data in rows or columns), formatting data so it is easier to read and navigate.
