Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This product is great. We use it across the IT department to communicate with a co-worker without a business phone. Google Voice is used for privacy term and just for business communications.

Pros and Cons

Manage voice call and text message very well in the cloud.
A secure way to call a co-worker without using his personal phone number.

Sometimes you will need a good carrier coverage, otherwise, the calls won't enter or go out.

Return on Investment

It increases the communication performance between co-workers.
Very easy setup.
Any one can call Google Voice numbers, even people without the app.

You can compare this to Skype for Business or using Google Hangouts, but we like Google Voice because of the features and easy way to communicate. Not all people have to have the Google Voice app for communication to work, people only call a phone number without depending on both having the same app.
