Overall Satisfaction with Google Workspace Essentials (formerly G Suite Essentials)
We use it for email and calendar management, use the drive for all document creation and sharing, the chat as the main app for team communication and use the meeting feature as the meeting app for the meetings we set and record them.

- Support. Sometimes the partner where you buy the system needs to contact Google and it is a annoying that you can't contact google directly.

- Time saving, we can all work on the same document at the same time.
- Easy recording of meetings. For example, training sessions. And easy sharing of the recordings.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Basically, it was easier to deploy and we were having some issues with the older Microsoft version, and we thought Gsuite had a friendlier environment.
