Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

The biggest problem I had with my contractors was finding a product that we all could use to meet our objectives. It can be difficult, especially when you are working with people only one or two times to find a product that we all use efficiently. To be able to send and receive calls easily was so important to us.

I can just say that it was simple to implement within my company. I think the biggest fear with most companies is the fear that adapting to a new system will have, but I went into it with skepticism, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I think it couldn't go better.
I think since we have only a handful of people within the company that handle such things, we are always wanting an experience that won't upset the apple cart, so to speak. Making it easy was a key factor in getting things done, and I can safely say we got things done more efficiently.
I think it was just capacity more than anything. In the structure of my small business, we have to meticulously pick what we use in order to keep our business from being insolvent. We picked this based on reviews and positive feedback from people in my industry that got us here.

I think it is well suited for those meetings that are created on the fly. The product allows for an efficient way to communicate. I think if you have a larger company with greater capacity, the product may not be what you need to effectively communicate with staff as they may have better products with more capacity.
