Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

I have used GoTo Meeting as a business collaboration and meeting tool frequently during the pandemic to communicate with coworkers remotely. Allows for open communications and to share desktop and files easily with one or more users simultaneously.

Functionality amongst all the standard video/chat conference collaboration tools is about the same with the exception of better integration of other companies' software applications in their portfolio. I ran into issues with buffering with users on low bandwidth or "hot spot" connections when trying to use video. For straight voice meetings, had minimal issues.

Great for phone-only calls without video. I experienced a lot of issues when multiple users were using video chat with freezing and "choppiness" in audio communications.
