Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We primarily use GoTo Meeting for support, training, and product demonstrations. We use GoTo Meeting to view our customers screen to figure out issues and to help them navigate and we show our screen doing software training and demos. The program works well doing demos but has been a challenge for customer to show their screen.

Been using GoTo Meeting for over 10 years and it is easy for us to navigate and direct customers. Tried other products but they have other issues with logging in and have never replaced GoTo Meeting. GoTo Meeting is good but not great as if has some issues with our customers logging in which is challenging.
