Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

GoTo Resolve provides Remote access support to users, for off site devices. GoTo Resolve helps to securely transfer files from devices. It is easy to use and helps in assisting users virtually, incase of any issues. GoTo Resolve has a very important feature of running multiple session at the same time. I personally liked the portal experience as well.

GoTo Resolve UI portal is simple to use and could be managed by IT teams without prior knowledge.
GoTo Resolve lags when internet connectivity takes a hit.
Helped the team a lot during pandemic. IT support used GoTo Resolve fairly well for fixing issues with remote connectivity and software malfunctions.
Transferring large files using TeamViewer is practically impossible. During unstable internet connectivity, GoTo Resolve behaves fairly well when compared to TeamViewer.
