Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

I use GoTo Webinar a couple of times per quarter as we have webinars between our partners and our customers. This helps us introduce our customers to our partners. Very easy to use and it's very user-friendly. Most importantly bent had a problem we customers logging in and watching the webinar.

It's easy. Just seems a little outdated. Maybe just change the overall appearance. I wish the layout during the webinar was a little easier to see. The questions that the audience asks are sometimes hard to find. However, these are just minor. I still think it's the best platform on the market.
Pretty similar. I think the user gave is more simple with GoTo Webinar. I use ON24 sometimes and feel the response time is better. The competition delay during the presentation is sometimes delayed. It's very easy to use. Easy for our presenters and very easy for our customers or market.

It is very easy to use and easily learn how to use. During the webinar, there aren't any technical problems or questions which help during the stressful presentation. There are also good faq documents or searches on Google on how to do something. Makes the process very easy so you don't have to spend time fixing a problem.
