Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

As the hub office for six other satellite markets, we have the need to communicate time-sensitive information to all of our account executives at least once per month. With the majority of our office locations, travel time is not a luxury. With GoTo Webinar, we are able to gather each of our directors and seven offices for real-time training since everyone is connected via one screen with zero lag time. Recently I started conducting training quizzes at the end of each monthly meeting- the response time is instant, and being so connected has added to the participation levels increasing and a more cohesive executive management culture.

  • I am able to customize meeting invites.
  • On a time crunch, I can simply copy the invitation and send the info within seconds.
  • I don't immediately see when others have clicked on the invitation.
  • We are able to effectively explain new products to the entire salesforce at once with demos.
  • Our sales competitions are rolled out in real time for questions from participants.
  • We are able to link in vendor demonstrations for new products effortlessly.
If you can compose an email and turn on a computer, you can use GoTo Webinars. Creating a webinar takes only a few seconds, and logging in, even on a not-so-smart phone, is extremely hassle-free. Even some of the more tech-challenged members of our staff have not experienced trouble navigating and connecting with our headquarters.
We actually use GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar in tandem- they work perfectly together!

Our central location, where we generally host our webinars, does not have super fast internet speed. Even with several users on the platform at once, there is rarely a time that we have experienced losing connection with one of our satellite locations on the webinar. We have begun to have more of our account reps join the webinars on their cell phones, and the connection is just as stable and problem free as we have on our desktops in our main market locations.
