Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use GoTo Webinar for meetings and presenting PowerPoint slides over an organised meeting. It has a great visual experience look-wise. It has a unique option to unmute and then gets joined to the discussion with audio. Look-wise it does not have the clumsy options that other Meeting tools have which is very good for a newbie or, say, a layman person.
  • Question and Answers deck
  • Online Meeting tool
  • Audio and video conferencing tool
  • i have not found the option to use a background image in this tool
  • probably online cloud recording option
  • a very small meeting timer on any corner of the meeting
  • From a business point of view, its a good tool for presentations
  • Sometimes to highlight quality, it may crash & needs to reload
  • Sometimes it takes a toll on connectivity as it focuses on meeting graphics, I think
It's good usability and is a good meeting tool used. Meeting presentations, along with screen share sessions, good video transmission of the participants for whoever turns the camera on for the meeting.
  • Zoom
Zoom has its own features, but I choose GoTo Webinar when I am presenting over a meeting to have a better impression on the audience with presentation overall.

Yes

Would you buy GoTo Webinar again?

Yes

Well suited for online meetings when presenting a ppt or some study material, as it gives great looks. It's less appropriate where recording needs to be done and stored on the cloud & immediately shared with the participants the recording link automatically. It's great when you need to present a seminar where participants can ask questions but at the same time, the highlighted details/document links which are shared in the meeting do not go behind the conversations... Separate area for chat and separate for highlighted contents.
