Overall Satisfaction with GoToAssist
I mainly use GoToAssist to help technicians connect remotely to provide remote assistance.
- Remote Assistance
- Session Tracking and Delegation for large teams
- Quick connectins with Chat when it works
- UAC
- Standard permission Users can't initiate a connection
- High Cost
- Gotoassist was too expensive for the amount of times we needed to use it
- Gotoassist was impossible to use when the end user wasn't a computer administrator
- We stopped using gotoassist for a cheaper feature rich support tool
- Splashtop On-Demand Support, LogMeIn Rescue, TeamViewer and ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Overpriced and expensive. Ultimately we left GoToAssist for a competitor.
