Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

We used GoToConnect (formerly Jive) basically for team communication while working from home during the onset of [the] COVID-19 pandemic condition at the beginning of 2020 where we all became entirely [dependent on] this powerful virtual team communication tool to remain intact in our work and remain productive as far as possible.
  • International VOIP feature makes it powerful communication tool.
  • Smooth user interface.
  • Better way to channelize sales and support calling systems.
  • The pricing plan is quite expensive.
  • The messaging and video calling features needs more improvement.
  • The active status of users is not reliable.
  • Improved team communication.
  • Better business process management.
I gave this rating because the deployment process wasn't hectic and most of the things were so straightforward and easy to use.
The call quality is not that smooth and had to face frequent interruptions.
It has been quite handy tool for our entire team to collaborate. Therefore, this app had great usability.

The simple and easy-to-navigate user interface with [the] breadth of communication features made GoToConnect (formerly Jive) one of our best choices for team communication. This software greatly simplified our team communication process while working virtually. However, we often had to face several interruptions and distractions mostly while using its audio and video calling feature.
