Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
It was used throughout the organization. However, due to its limitations such as too many resources needed and space utilization, frequent login issues, audio/video delay, and higher cost compared to other alternatives, we have now switched to another service provider,
- Calendar integration with Google and Outlook.
- A simple and clean UI.
- A/V call quality issues.
- Screen sharing latency.
- Resource and space utilization on local and cloud.
- It caused a significant negative impact on our content delivery and our sessions had to be rescheduled frequently due to GTM tech issues.
- Consumed a lot of space for recorded sessions which in turn led to buying extra space from Google Cloud.
- Zoom and Adobe Connect
It is at the bottom of my list due to the problems we have had with GTM during our 2-year subscription use.
