Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
Typically use GoTo Meeting for screen sharing, whiteboarding, sales demos, troubleshooting sessions, etc with customers. [In my experience] stability is the biggest problem, while using it as the installer crashes a lot and while giving remote control to others, it doesn't work 50% of the time. A lot of things can be improved here when compared to other screen-sharing tools. The browser version doesn't even allow screen share.

Needs to catch up and do a lot to meet the expectations. Other platforms especially Zoom has exceptional tools and features. Stability is the key which is highly doubtful. The one-touch dial also needs to be improved when joining from the phone. Audio stability features, auto-reconnect, and screen sharing are the key things.
