Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

I have used Zoom, Join.me, and GoToWebinar. As a whole, GoToWebinar worked the most consistently. It wasn't as quick to set up compared to Join.me, but at the end of the day, it worked easily and didn't have to require users to download the software to use it, like Join.me does.
I've used GoToWebinar in my last two companies. It was used across the whole organization and allowed us to set up conferences and screen shares with our customers. I have used GoToWebinar when scheduling webinars and was able to generate a report of all the people who did and did not attend.

I have used GoToWebinar, Zoom, and Join.me. GoToWebinar is by far my favorite one. I rarely had issues with it. There is great reporting functionality, recording is straight forward; it has a fairly straight forward user interface and is very clear and easy to know when you are sharing your screen and if your audio is playing.
GoToWebinar is great for when needing to set up a scheduled webinar and being able to generate reports of the attendees who attended and the questions they asked. There are a lot of customization options. For example, the ability to prevent all users from using their microphone. The overall user interface is very clean.
