Grasshopper is very convenient and makes us mobile-friendly since we are always on the go.
- Makes your phone like an 800 number.
- Mobile access.
- Ability to control the settings while being on the go.
- Doesn't show the number calling, only shows your own number.
- Sometimes tells us we missed a call when that was not actually the case.
- It has helped us maintain professionalism.
- It is frustrating not being able to see who is calling.
Other systems just aren't as user-friendly.
