Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
Grasshopper is used across our entire organization. Using grasshopper helps us keep the business divisions organized with call flows to our partners that manage specific extensions. This makes things easier for both team members and our customers by getting them to where they need to be faster!
- Extensions are easy to set up!
- The voice to text is irreplaceable
- Uploading replacement messages with a quick MP3 makes our life easier behind the admin curtain
- It would be phenomenal if receiving and sending text messages was included in a flat fee package.
- The option to pay quarterly or semi-annually would be ideal.
- It's not been so much as a quantifiable ROI as it has helped with peace of mind for ease and flow, organization, and privacy of our mobile numbers.
It was recommended by a trusted power partner so I did not need to evaluate others.
