Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
We use Grasshopper to provide contact with our customers regardless if we are at the office or not. Some folks work remotely and this is the easiest way to provide seamless phone communication.
- Easy setup
- Multiple extensions with greetings per extension
- Recorded calls if no one is able to answer
- Sometimes the call gets forwarded to me and other times the app notifies that I have a voicemail waiting when I never received the call.
- Accessing calls from anywhere is the primary benefit
- Great for remote workers
When researching solutions, Grasshopper just seemed the most user-friendly and I could get running fast on it.
