We use Greenhouse as our ATS. We also use it to help debrief and compile packets for hiring or no hire decisions.

If you want to track applicants, create hiring packets and make the candidate experience simple, Greenhouse is great. The one deficiency is there are no visual dashboards of pipelines. It would be great to have a Tableau connector
