Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse as an ATS primarily for both our lateral and campus recruiting to schedule interviews, organize processes, and engage with hiring managers. We have also recently been using Greenhouse to advance our DEI goals by collecting candidate information and running reports to benchmark where we are at as a company.
- Clear features.
- User experience.
- Candidate experience - pronouns, pronunciation, etc.
- Dashboard organization.
- Scheduled emails - want to see the content of these.
- Error messages when adding candidates to a Google Meet invite - "doesn't recognize interviewer".
- Increased candidate satisfaction.
- Quick scheduling.
- Hiring manager visibility.
