Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Use Greenhouse for all job creations and applicant trackings. Specifically for job creation, it helps not only create the job but also publish it and also provides metrics like days to fill etc. which helps managers capture metrics for their teams. The end to end process of job creation to closing it out is super easy and self explanatory.
- Keeps a track of all open roles
- Stage by stage transition for each candidate
- Scheduling interviews is pretty easy
- Analytics is good to see the health of the pipeline
- Applicant tracking is sometimes hard and use talent wall for that
- Could use some in-build templates for interview scheduling
- WOuld help to understand what's required and whats not while setting up a job
- One stop shop for all hiring activities
- Increased company engagement
- Probably decreased hiring cost since dont use agencies any more
It was the only one which the company provided since I started, so didnt have an option not to use it
