Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
I love using Greenhouse within our ATS system. It's great because I am able to organize my candidates and have a platform that makes it easier to work with the hiring managers as well. Greenhouse allows me to tag different candidates and review their resume with ease. All of my candidates are there and able to help with my sourcing as well. One of my biggest problems right now is reporting and using data to determine how many candidates are left in a certain stage with a certain amount of time and as a business, we are always looking to improve our tunraround time with candidates and improve hiring time and Greenhouse makes it very easy to go through and track these data.

Many startups will end up using Lever or Greenhouse as an ATS system and they are very comparable. I love Lever as well but Greenhouse just has more functionalities and it higher capacities especially working with a bigger company from 500-1000 high growth scale. Lever is a great platform but it's a bit for smaller companies.
I ended up deciding to go for Greenhouse because there's more ways to touch candidates such as with recruiter contact, candidate scheduling, and resume screening
