Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
GreenHouse (ATS) helps us manage the massive job applications data maintenance very easy. The interface is very intuitive, easy to understand and very effective. it is enriched with a lot of features that enables the day to day work effortless. A lot of automation and integrations add cherry on the top.
- The management of getting availabilities from the candidate and matching it with the panel's
- Automation on the scorecards management, reminders
- Power of reporting helping making the right decisions
- Integrations work like charm
- Greenhouse has this amazing feature that they can improve upon - Dashboard
- The users can be provided with more fields to utilise in reporting
- An extension for prospecting can be improved that helps exporting candidate profiles from Job boards
- Real time visibility on the optimisation of recruitment processes
- Helps in maintaining the organisation wide goals - diversity
- Helps in getting the right mix of different sources of applications
Tools appears very light to use. It does not take forever to load. the interface is very simple but capable, unlike many ATS's. The tools is Simple yet loaded with very useful functionalities that save a lot of time and expedites the processes. For different stakeholders, the tools works accordingly.
