hiring plans. moving canidates through pipeline. scheduling interviews. creating + posting jobs. automate job actions and notifications. send emails to candidates. generate reports on interviewer calibration, use greenhouse with other integrations (gem/linkedin/Calendly)
- notifications and automation
- customizing jobs
- running end2end recruitment process
- better overview of full talent pipeline for multiple jobs
- job pipeline overview with tasks that are due per candidate
- easier to use with scheduling. I now prefer Calendly as it lets a candidate schedule something in my agenda, without me actioning anything. I just want to send a greenhouse link to a candidate, so they can schedule some time
- decreased time to hire for some roles
- easier candidate management. automate things i.e by delayed send
