Overall Satisfaction with GreenRope

We use Greenrope as our CRM and Project Management platform to track everything from leads through to installation. We intend to roll it out for our marketing, as well, to replace Constant Contact for eMail Marketing. We use it across all departments in our company.
  • Good for tracking activities
  • Good for building and tracking a Sales Pipeline (opportunities) across different phases or stages
  • Good for creating and tracking status on projects.
  • Easy to customize
  • Would like to have more than one Admin
  • We are just starting to track lead conversions, but believe the results will be very positive
  • Our employees will be more accountable as a result of using Greenrope
We looked at a number of other products, including Salesforce, Microsoft, and many others. None compared from a price to value perspective, especially taking into account all the other modules that are included...not just CRM.
We love the value proposition and the end-to-end Business Automation it provides.
It is easy to tailor it for specific industries, creating custom Contact Fields and then searching on those fields.
