Overall Satisfaction with GridBuddy

Our agency collects products and stores them in a warehouse that our community partners then make an order for. We are able to use GridBuddy to structure the ordering system, track inventory, and arrange transactions. Our partners are very pleased with how easy it is for them to use the system, how crisp and clean the entries and data appears, and from a user management perspective, my users are quite pleased.

Our information is more readily clean and crisp due to the presentation of information via GridBuddy. Our external users report high satisfaction with this as well. We do not have a sales team, so this option is rather out of scope for our uses. We do move products in and out of our locations, and for this purpose, GridBudy is beyond adequate.
I was not part of the original purchasing team that made the choice to use GridBuddy. Based on what we've done, I am pleased to continue using GridBuddy above any similar competitor.
The Scenarios where GridBuddy works very well are in inventory and tracking. We are very pleased with the capabilities of the software. I would not use Grid Buddy, or rather don't see a usage, for health care or tracking purposes. I have not used the product for other purposes so I cannot objectively state it does a poor job in one way or another.
