GridBuddy is being used by many departments across the whole organization and helps to manage multiple groups of data easily.

I don't think we have customizations that are anything out of the ordinary. We have been keeping things pretty simple to ensure user adoption.
Our Sales department is not our biggest user. We have increased productivity in other teams but Sales has been more hesitant to change existing processes.
