Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using Groove to support our Customer Service initiatives. It is being utilized across our Sales Department - flows help us keep our processes in check and use of templates allows us to share a unified message. We are also able to showcase and make use of the scheduler tool to help customers feel like they have continuous access to our team.

  • Would love to see ability to add additional automated actions into flows

Particularly well-suited when you are working towards the same message - you can create a unified voice with templates, and ensure that processes are followed with flows. Being able to stay connected with customers by offering them time on your scheduler also provides a greater sense of trust and reliability.

Whenever I reach out for support, I get an immediate answer - at least to acknowledge my message - and a plan of action thereafter. Realistic timelines help, as well as constant communication on what I can do to move this process along.
