Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used to streamline communication for our Sales team. We implemented the product so reps could perform a high volume of outreach with little effort, which has been working great thus far.
Pros
- Standardizing the messaging among reps to ensure the tone and messaging is in line with our company's mission.
- Taking the thinking out of selling by the tight-knit SFDC integration.
- Making it simple to reach out to a large, targeted group of customers in little to no time.
Cons
- There tend to be service time-outs that cause workflow inefficiencies, however, they are usually quick to resolve on Groove's end.
- The integration with SFDC is mainly contact/lead-based, whereas opportunities are our company's main focus.
- We were able to target and pull back a ton of Closed/Lost opps that would have otherwise been overlooked due to the easy and quick blitzing functionality.
- Groove allowed our young team to ramp up to speed quickly with flows and templates at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Outreach
I evaluated Outreach and had a demo with the company before ultimately choosing Groove. While Outreach is a great company and service, Groove was a cheaper option that is easier for reps to pick up quickly. The simplicity and cost were key when making our decision, but the outreach capabilities put us over the line to sign the contract.
