Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Every one of our staff uses Groove on a daily basis to quickly track and archive all emails sent between our customers. We currently use Salesforce as a CRM. We also use the calendar functionality to let our consumers set up training times that work best for them. I do not know how we could effectively function without groove.
  • Email Archiving to Salesforce.
  • Calendar links that connect to Google Calendar.
  • Email open alerts.
  • Can be slow at times when searching for an account to attach.
  • Groove helps our team effectively communicate with our customer base, ensuring they return month after month.
We have only used Groove at our company.
After our initial setup, I personally have not had an issue with Groove since we started. It has worked correctly day after day.

Account managers are required to send out monthly reporting as well as regular communication with customers. The archiving tool helps speed up this sometimes daunting task. In these report templates, I have included calendar links for clients to set up reviews of their ROIs. This helps reduce the number of emails back and forth on setting a time that works for everyone.
