Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Every one of our staff uses Groove on a daily basis to quickly track and archive all emails sent between our customers. We currently use Salesforce as a CRM. We also use the calendar functionality to let our consumers set up training times that work best for them. I do not know how we could effectively function without groove.
- Email Archiving to Salesforce.
- Calendar links that connect to Google Calendar.
- Email open alerts.
- Can be slow at times when searching for an account to attach.
- Groove helps our team effectively communicate with our customer base, ensuring they return month after month.
We have only used Groove at our company.
