Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Our company currently is using Groove across the entire organization, mainly the integration features paired with Gmail.
We have been able to drastically increase our production with regard to maintaining constant communication with our thousands of clients in the most efficient way possible, thanks to Groove's innovative template responses (which are auto-customized when synced with Salesforce), reminder settings, and calendar scheduling features, among others.
We have had one-on-one meetings with Groove's team to explore other Groove service offerings and features (especially the Flows), which are great options for further integration with Salesforce, but currently do not suit our needs at this time. However, it's still a service that we use daily for the Gmail-integrative services, and are grateful to have it!

- There have been instances in the past where pulling information from Salesforce for customized fields in email templates fails to work.
- Groove has had a positive impact on business ROI by decreasing the amount of time necessary to maintain communication with potential and existing customers, granting more time to focus on sales.
- Groove has also had a positive impact on our ongoing relationship with clients with more efficient follow-up and allowing us to better manage time.
