Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by my department as a way to help students schedule their appointments easily and securely. We also use it to link Salesforce and our email accounts, allowing us to store records of communication, and also easily use email templates for efficient communication.

Pros

  • User-friendly interface.
  • The ability to link email accounts to email templates in Salesforce.

Cons

  • Sometimes email templates do not map over to gmail very easily, some of the formatting is lost.
  • Efficiency, allowing me to save time in my day.
I have never used Groove support.
