Overall Satisfaction with Groove
The sales and account management departments, where I work, uses it for our mass communications with the thousands of clients we have to contact weekly. Specifically from the sales team we create flows that enable us to perform comprehensive sales campaigns with new clients in new city launches. Also it is used by the department in the up-sales campaigns performed on the already existing clients.

- Notifications over read and opened mails
- Comfortable management of the mail templates
- I really miss the possibility to use Groove on my iPhone
- I need to be able to massively switch off the notifications of read and opened emails sent
- The location of the place where the mail has been opened is not always accurate
- The tool has enabled the team to have much more scalable communication.
