Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our organization uses Groove to automate BD & marketing campaigns and to track outreaches. Build pipeline lists and measure analytics. Groove allows us to create templates that can be used by other teams and customized for their outreach. We utilize Groove to send flows and targeted messaging.
  • Deploy large population campaigns.
  • Create custom templates.
  • Create "hot lists" in workspaces.
  • Analytics : track email sends and opens.
  • Capability to send to email addresses that are not in Salesforce.
  • Ability to send more than 1500 emails per day.
  • Analytics broken down by the sender of the template not just overall anyone who uses the template.
  • Easier to send campaigns from a workspace. Not have to individual add POC's one at a time.
  • Groove has been a positive platform allowing us to reach a larger audience.
Customer service is great!
I can chat online with a tech and they are very responsive and helpful.
