Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is a great tool that allows me to outbound to a number of organizations efficiently. The reporting allows me to see which templates are the most successful and plan my approach strategically. Our entire US sales org uses Groove and I love the ability for us to be able to share the templates that we see are working the best for us for certain campaigns.
- Tracking the success and opens of campaigns.
- Ability to time campaigns to send them out for future dates.
- Ability to share campaigns with my peers to ensure success for everyone.
- Support is great and having the chat feature on the website is very simple.
- The call functionality could use some improvement.
- The web UI for templates could be cleaner - show me just my templates first.
- Ability to run reports based on open and success rate.
- Increase in activity rates.
- Can be overbearing if not used properly - too many touches within a single org.
- Better comms between our team with what is working best.
Yesware and Groove provide similar functions in terms of the ability to set up and customize email marketing campaigns. That said, I have found that Groove does provide better insights as well as functionality when compared to Yesware. I also think the call functionality in Groove is stronger than compared to Yesware.
