We use Groove for all outreach activities to prospect into new clients. Mainly used by the sales team to organize emails and phone calls, analyze open rates, and share flows within team.
Pros
- Seamless log of emails through my inbox into SFDC.
- Call from email, opp, or Groove itself.
- Sort out all of my outreach flows.
Cons
- Wish logging calls would automatically add opp.
- Groove flows sometimes experience glitches and hard to send out.
- Wish emails sent out every 30 seconds rather than every minute.
- Increased number of opps created.
- Increased activity per rep.
- Allows for visibility into best flows.
