Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to interact with our prospects and current clients. I personally use if for prospecting and it is a tool I could not live without. I use it for email automation, call prospecting, and organizing my prospecting lists. I use the Flow functional lity daily. Groove automates my Salesforce logging and gives me time to prospect and do outreach to my prospects.

I have used both Cirrus Insight and Yesware in the past and they are great products as well. But none of them had the flow functionality of Groove and it just makes sense for sales. Cirrus did well with Salesforce syncing but lacked email functions. Yesware did a great job of tracking emails but wasn't as full-featured.
