Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used across our organization by multiple departments (Sales, CSAs, Onboarding, Finance). It is being used for collaboration between our various Sales team, for email campaigns/cadences, and for activity tracking/logging with SFDC

Pros

  • Collaboration through Groove Workspaces
  • Native integration with Salesforce
  • Cadences for prospecting/sales cycle touches
  • User friendly interface

Cons

  • Groove analytics is great - but when you export the data out of Groove, it leaves out key information (like call dispositions)
  • You can only import reports that have less than 250 accounts in a single Groove Workspace
  • You can't export any Groove Workspace data
  • Groove Workspace notes do not save when transferring an account to a different Workspace
  • 80% reduction in admin time by eliminating sync errors
  • more efficient prospecting because of the lack of sync errors
We used Outreach prior to using Groove. The different is night and day. Outreach does not have a native Salesforce integration which results in constant data pulls going back and forth between the two platforms. Because of these constant data pulls, Outreach was plaqued with sync errors. We literally had to pay an external consultant $250 an hour to help us fix these errors (AND SOME OF THEM WEREN'T EVEN FIXABLE)! If you have multiple hierarchies of accounts within your SFDC instance, Outreach will be a nightmare to use because you will be plagued with duplicate information syncing over.

We selected Groove because it does everything Outreach can do, but eliminates all data pulls because of it's native integration with SFDC, therefore it also eliminates all sync errors.
10 out of 10. They respond to you within 5 minutes. They also follow up with you on ongoing issues with status updates on their investigations without you even having to remind them. They are great.

Groove is incredible. The fact that it has a native integration with Salesforce is amazing. There are no data pulls happening - all information is updated between Groove and SFDC in REALTIME. Groove is great for team collaboration, prospect/client outreach, and activity tracking. I can't think of a scenario where Groove would be less appropriate to use.
