Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We are using Groove in our sales department and it has been a great success. We are able to create flows with our LDR team that address the clients that are smaller or have less opportunity and then we can begin conversations with larger clients to gauge interest in products and to set appointments for a longer conversation. The task function helps us stay on top of follow up emails or client responses.
- Allows Collaboration in work spaces to track who is touching which accounts and what the next steps are.
- The flows are great to get mass communication out and then tailor individual calls as a follow up. You can see who is opening your emails and how frequently to see who you should reach out to right away.
- The analytics help me stay on track with my client touches to reach a certain activity level per day.
- It would be great if the system was able to pull more data in from Salesforce or push things like notes back into the account in Salesforce.
- It does not feel like a complete standalone product which is why some of our sales people are hesitant to embrace it 100%.
- I am not really in the department that would analyze the ROI of this product. I know that for my own personal use it has helped me ensure I am able to have the time to touch all of my clients.
Our company used Cirrus Insight and that worked well for logging calls and emails but this allows you to get a little more done within the program itself. Both have their certain uses and benefits but I like the ability to have workspaces, analytics, and flows. This Groove product takes it a step further and is more modern.
