Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We mainly use Groove to check if our emails and marketing campaigns are effective. The main use case is for checking how much of our audience opened, read, and reacted to our emails. It's being used across our entire company because market research and sizing from external sources of knowledge is core to our offerings. The main business problem Groove addresses for us is it helps save time. No longer do our people waste time chasing contacts who absolutely have no interaction with our emails and content.

Pros

  • Slick user interface.
  • Accurate reports of contact engagement with our emails.
  • Easy to learn and use by anyone in our company.

Cons

  • Sometimes inaccurate reporting of external contact's location.
  • Lack details on how long a contact opened and read our emails.
  • Helps save our people time when they reach out to external contacts.
  • Gives accurate statistics on how our campaigns perform.
  • Suggest rooms for training for our team to increase engagement rate with clients.

The best use of Groove is when you need an accurate picture of how your emails and campaigns reach a target audience. It also offers time-saving to our team. It's less appropriate for companies who don't need all of its features. For example, if you only do direct mail and cold calls, maybe stick with doing that.
