Overall Satisfaction with Groove
As far as i know, only for the sales department.
[Groove] helps to send massive communication campaigns in the sales team through the salesforce report. It helps us keeping the restaurant updated on their onboarding process without spending time on it

- Flows do the outreach for me, saving me a lot of time and effort.
- Flows help me keep the restaurants updated, avoiding emails from them and saving time
- The templates are really good, they help me answer my email way faster
- It would be great if flows had the option of "only import every email once a day top", so i would avoid sending the same email twice when 2 restaurants have the same contact email
- The "remove from flow" option is kind of stupid, maybe because groove updates every 3 hours
- Sometimes, 3 hours delay may be a problem. It would be lovely if depending of the flow i could choose to make in 1 hour
- Improve productivity
