Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being utilized to help sales better manage their time. Automated email campaigns can be easily set up and ideas shared across teams. Groove also helps us track how successful a campaign may be and alert us to any changes that may need to be made to dial in the messaging.

Pros

  • Alerts us to when an email is opened, where it was opened, and how many times it was opened.
  • Groove scheduler allows us to present a client with several potential meeting times that best accommodate both our schedules.
  • Groove allows for automated email campaigns to be easily setup and shared with other teams.

Cons

  • The Groove dialer has never worked for me.
  • It has allowed me to focus on clients that resonate with our messaging. I no longer waste time chasing non-interested prospects.
