Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using Groove on our Sales Team. It allows us to set up flows to help our Sales team with pipeline management and to be able to follow up effectively with our prospects. Another issue that it has solved for us is being able to easily set reminders on emails to not let anyone fall through the cracks. Groove has been a great tool for us.
  • Fast and efficient to call a group of prospects.
  • Setting up flows to help with pipeline management.
  • Creating templates to send emails more efficiently.
  • The continuous call functionality is still a little buggy. Could fix that.
  • There are a few little bugs that make it a little less user friendly than it should be. The call log overlapping with the side bar notes is one example.
  • Better integration with Salesforce.
  • Better use of our time during cold calling
  • The little issues seem to really set people off and not want to use it anymore because it seems difficult
  • Nothing tangible but good overall tool to better use your time.
  • Outreach
I've used outreach in the past and Groove still has a lot to work on as far as getting caught up with Outreach. Outreach has a way better system for pipeline management and better views and has an overall better user experience than Groove does. Groove is significantly cheaper, however, and does the job that you need it to do.

Do you think Groove, a Clari company delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Groove, a Clari company's feature set?

Yes

Did Groove, a Clari company live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Groove, a Clari company go as expected?

No

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

Groove has been well suited for us in that we can come in and put 70 people in a flow, call them, and are efficient in our note-taking and calling. It still struggles a little bit as far as actual pipeline management. You would still need a program like Salesforce to really manage your pipeline.
